Providing Ways for People to Better Cope with Lupus.
Your Lupus Care Coordination Team are Here to Help.
Lupus symptoms can strike at any time – and when it does, it may include everything from fatigue and skin rashes to high fever and swollen joints. This disease renders many patients feeling helpless and in constant fear of when it will return.
Due to the inconsistencies of this chronic autoimmune disease, it can be harder to detect – and even harder to manage. The goal is to help patients better manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
